Belinda has an extensive background having working in the UK, Channel Island and Isle of Man, with strong experience in the manufacturing industry, Corporate Service Providers and Pharmaceuticals. Although specialising in finance, she has experience across all business areas and excels at organising workflows. She is a member of the IOD and have completed the IoD’s Diploma.
Leadership and organisational strategy
John is currently CEO of LOROS Hospice in Leicester. With over 30 years’ experience of both leading and developing organisations, John has an MBA with Leadership from Strathclyde University and is also an ILM L7 Executive Leadership Coach. John’s particular interests are in helping people to develop their potential as leaders, understanding their impact upon others, team development and organisational strategy. John has worked for a number of leadership consultancy organisations and has supported clients from across the globe.
Robin Moore is a qualified accountant, with a wide range of experience across a number of business sectors. Robin worked at a senior level for many years holding a variety of specialist and operation roles in the UK and Isle of Man.
In the UK, Robin worked for British Gas for 20 years, here he acquired substantial skills in financial disciplines and operational management culminating in the position of Customer Accounting Manager, responsible for the billing and debt collection of 1.4 million customers and managing 175 staff.
On the Isle of Man, Robin worked for Clerical Medical International for 7 years working in various financial roles, finally as Treasury Manager with £2 billion funds under management.
Latterly, Robin has worked for Medis Limited, a subsidiary of the Actavis Group (a top 3 Generic Pharmaceutical Company) as Finance Manager and Company Secretary. Here, Robin was responsible for all aspects of the Company’s financial data and reporting, together with ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
A successful entrepreneur based in the Isle of Man and his success in business has been predicated on his sound strategic thinking and his ability to both advise and deploy progressive thinking at a senior business level. Highly skilled in the area of Brand reputation and risk management, Craig is an exceptional leader with a talent at getting the best out of a team and leading from the front. Strategic recruitment and structuring
Sally is the owner and Managing Director of a well established Recruitment Business based on the Isle of Man. Sally has been delivering Executive recruitment solutions to clients locally and further afield for the last 15 years. Her areas of expertise are ‘C’ level appointments, succession planning and supporting senior teams through staffing change and growth. That could be working with a start-up and establishing the board for the shareholders, to working with listed companies.
Sally’s skills also extend from her extensive network of decision makers to brokering the buying and selling of companies. This can be financial and non-financial services companies.
Sally holds a 1st Class (Hons) Degree in Business and Community & Enterprise, Certificate in the Role of Company Director and is a qualified recruiter, MREC.)
QPM, change management and leadership
Mike Langdon is a former Chief Police Officer in the Isle of Man and a UK Metropolitan Force. He is a specialist in Organisational and Leadership Development. He has achieved Fellowship status accredited by CIPD and the Institute of Leaders and Managers. As a qualified Executive Coach individual and organisational development is catered for.
Human resources (HR) and training
Keith has extensive experience of coaching individuals from junior to senior executive and director level positions within the Private and Public Sector, both on and off the Island.
He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (E.M.C.C), subscribing to their Professional Code of Ethics and holds the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7 Executive Coaching/Mentoring qualification.
In addition, he is a Chartered Member of C.I.P.D, holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Leadership & Management and is a qualified trainer, holding a Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (D.T.L.L.S).

Ann has 25 years leadership and management experience in companies ranging from small local to large international, and sectors including finance, education, manufacturing, and retail.
Ann worked for over 10 years as a freelance Consultant, specialising in the development of directors and managers, and Corporate Governance. She was a lecturer on CMI management qualifications for 5 years and currently delivers training to senior women.
Ann is a Chartered Director and since 2006 has held Non-Executive Director positions for a number of companies and charities, three as Chairman. One of these is a company which specialises in the development of women at all levels.
She was also a member of a team, commissioned by the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man Government, which investigated the effectiveness of the Government and its delivery of services.
